We pitched our key ideas and storyline to the class in yesterday's lesson. There were a number of aspects that were positively received, yet it was clear a few areas that needed work.
- People really liked our ideas to alter the effects of physics and time.
- The class felt that this worked really well with the enigmatic nature of the song as well as Radiohead's meta-narrative.
- The class also responded well towards our idea to experiment with the special effects and editing software.
- The class seemed to think that the ending needed some work to be as strong as the opening. Our original idea was for the protagonist to appear in a room of green screens. Since our pitch we have thought of several other ideas. The most popular idea has been for the protagonist to wake up back on the lilo at the end of the video.
- Another development has been with the antagonist. A possibility is for the man at the shore of the lake to be the same person as the protagonist, wearing the classic hospital gown like in '28 days later'.
