Group: Feedback on Mini Pitch

• Our mini pitch had a generally positive reception from the members of the class.
• They appreciated the initial concept we had and the ideas surrounding an artistic video instead of a performance based video.
• The track was also received positively and we were commended by the fact that we had chosen a song that would suit the artistic genre, as we have a creative and enigmatic band who made the song; Radiohead.
• The main concern raised was the length of the track. The song is just over four minutes long and it will be a challenge to make a video that long. However, we were encouraged by other feedback that stated it would not be as much as a problem because of the slow-cutting rate we will adopt.
• Another issue with our video that was raised to us was the varied tempo of the song. We must ensure our cutting rate increases when the speed of the song increases.
• We must also we conform to the psychedelic rock genre, and promote the single and the band in this way, despite Radiohead having many genres associated with them in their long and successful music career. Therefore the video and the album cover we make must be artistic and mysterious.
